How it works
Announce challenge & call for applications
Eligible Startups and SMEs invited to submit their applications in relation to defined challenge area for consideration by AX.
Selection process
Applications will be screened and reviewed. Applicants may be invited for follow up interviews.
Onboarding
Successful startups and SMEs will be onboarded to the Aerospace Xelerated programme.
Proof of concept contract
Participating companies will be matched with a programme to complete a fully funded proof of concept project.
Optional SAFE investment
Eligible startups and SMEs will have the option to receive SAFE investment from Boeing and other partners.
Training, mentorship & support
Participating companies will also have access to a specially curated curriculum designed to help accelerate business development.

Customised curriculum, mentorship & support for your startup
You will have access to a specialised programme curriculum that provides you the knowledge and expertise needed to accelerate your startup´s development and growth. Get advice, mentorship and support from industry experts on topics including, but not limited to, legal, intellectual property, product management, marketing and sales.
Fully-funded proof of concept project with an Aerospace Xelerated partner
A proof of concept is a preliminary project designed to demonstrate the feasibility of a concept or idea to validate its potential before a prospective partner or client commits to a full-scale implementation or investment.
AX participants complete a fully-funded proof of concept project with an established industry partner to develop, refine and validate their solution. This process provides invaluable feedback to participants, whilst boosting credibility and opening the door to additional funding opportunities and business prospects.
Receive funding and investment
Eligible participants will have the opportunity to take £100,000+ of investment in the form of Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE investment) from Aerospace Xelerated investment partners including the Boeing Company.

Participating startups will also have access to perks valuing more than £100,000 from Aerospace Xelerated programme partners, including Oracle, Amazon, HubSpot, Digital Ocean and many more.
